The KRP-150FR is insulated and rated by Underwriters Laboratories for 1.5 hour "B" label in walls and may be used in a 2-hour fire-rated wall assembly. Additionally, Warnock Hersey rates the KRP-150FR for 3 hours in ceilings.
Frame and trim shall be 16 gauge steel, trim 1” wide
Door shall be 20 gauge steel,welded pan type filled with 2” thick fire-rated insulation
Door shall open to 175°, be self-latching with an automatic closer and interior latch release
Hinge shall be continuous piano hinge
